According to the spirit of the Notice on Continuing Education and Registration of Professional Management Personnel for Engineering Construction Sites in 2011 (Jian Ren Jiao Fa [2011] No. 98) issued by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, entrusted by the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Commission, our center and the Municipal Construction Industry Association will jointly carry out continuing education, training, and registration of professional management personnel for engineering construction sites in 2011 from June to September 2011. Both parties can accept registration, The specific relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Continuing education targets (scope): Relevant personnel holding the "Zhejiang Province Construction Professional Management Position Qualification Certificate" issued by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development in 2007, with males no more than 60 years old and females no more than 50 years old. The job scope includes construction workers, quality inspectors, safety officers, material personnel, document personnel, and supervisors.
2、 Continuing education content and training arrangement: This continuing education mainly includes case analysis of construction project safety production management, job ethics, and relevant laws and regulations, with a total of 24 class hours of training. The training is planned to be conducted in batches from July to September. After the training is completed, the content learned will be checked and assessed. The total score of the exam is 100 points, and a score of 80 or above is considered qualified.
3、 Training registration requirements: This continuing education will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of unified reporting, batch training, and batch printing by the unit. For personnel with labor relations, each employer will submit a unified list within the specified time (please indicate in the remarks column for personnel who have participated in 2010 continuing education) to our center or the Municipal Construction Industry Association. Personnel without labor relations will directly come to our center to register
The specific registration requirements are as follows:
1. Registration time: From June 20th to July 20th, 2011, training and registration will be organized in batches based on the principle of first reporting, first training;
2. Registration location: Hangzhou Urban Construction Training Center (Room 108, No. 61 Wenyi West Road) or Hangzhou Construction Industry Association (6th floor, No. 347 Huansha Road);
3. The fee standard is 200 yuan per person (those who have participated in continuing education in 2010 do not need to pay the fee);
4. Submit materials when registering:
(1) The "Zhejiang Province Construction Professional Management Position Qualification Certificate Renewal Registration Form" (Attachment 1) is in duplicate, with a copy of the ID card attached to the back of the registration form;
(2) One hard copy and one electronic copy of the "Summary Form for Continuing Education of Personnel with Renewed Qualification Certificates for Enterprise Construction Professional Management Positions" (Attachment 2);
(3) A copy of the job certificate;
(4) A copy of the enterprise organization code certificate;
For unified registration by the unit, submit materials (1) to (4), and after careful verification, affix the unit's official seal; For individuals without labor relations who directly apply, submit materials (1) and (3). 4、 Continuing education registration and seal verification are required to follow the process of training, assessment, qualification review, and seal verification. Our center will publish the list of qualified personnel and seal verification dates for each assessment in Hangzhou Construction Pipeline Network (www.hzjgw. com). Please submit the original certificate and the "Zhejiang Province Construction Professional Management Position Qualification Certificate Renewal Certificate Original Interchange Summary Table" (Attachment 3) in both paper and electronic versions to the Municipal Urban Construction Training Center before the date of verification and stamping, and the Municipal Urban Construction Training Center will handle it uniformly.
5、 Precautions
1. If one person holds multiple job certificates, they can participate in one training session and must fill it out together when registering for the position. If one person holds multiple job certificates for the same position, a valid certificate number should be retained (based on the first application);
2. If the certificate holder loses or needs to be corrected, they should first follow the procedures for handling certificate loss and correction in the provincial department, and come to our center for registration before the registration deadline as required;
3. Individuals who hold the 2007 job certificate and have participated in continuing education in 2010 are not required to participate in continuing education this time. They can directly register for verification, but must be indicated in the remarks column;
4. Individuals holding the 2006 certificate who did not participate in the 2010 continuing education due to reasons shall be separately summarized by their respective units and reported to our center before July 20th (the reasons shall be explained in the remarks column). After our center uniformly reports to the provincial department, they will be notified separately based on the handling opinions of the provincial department.
