Notice on Carrying out the Second Batch of Provincial Work Law Application Work in 2007

According to the "Management Measures for Engineering Construction Methods" issued by the Ministry of Construction (Jian Zhi [2005] No. 145) and our bureau's "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Engineering Construction Methods and Carrying out the 2005 Provincial Construction Method Application Work" (Zhe Jian Guan [2006] No. 18), in order to further promote the development, compilation, promotion and application of construction methods in our province, our bureau has decided to organize the second batch of provincial construction method evaluation work in 2007. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 The preparation, application conditions, application materials, and binding requirements of the construction method shall be carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Applying for the 2007 Provincial Construction Method" (Jian Jian Fa [2008] No. 38) issued by the Provincial Department of Construction.
2、 Declaration procedures and requirements
1. Construction enterprises should recommend and apply for provincial-level construction methods based on the 2007 enterprise level construction methods announced by this enterprise, fill out the "Zhejiang Provincial Construction Method Application Form" (see attachment), and submit it along with other relevant materials to the construction administrative department of the district or city where they are located.
2. After summarizing the construction administrative departments of each district and city, the application materials shall be uniformly submitted to the Provincial Engineering Construction Quality Management Association (5th floor, Ruiqi Building, No. 425 Moganshan Road, Hangzhou) before December 31st.

3. Each construction method editing and reviewing unit is limited to 2, and the editing and reviewing personnel are limited to 4. The ranking shall be based on the above report.
3、 Review of construction methods
Our bureau will organize relevant experts to form a construction method evaluation committee to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the applied provincial construction methods. The approved construction method will be awarded the honorary title of "Provincial Construction Method of Zhejiang Province in 2007", and the application for national level construction method will be recommended based on merit.
