On September 22nd, with the last concrete of Pile 37 of Tank 7 falling into the template, our company successfully completed the Jiangsu CNOOC LNG pile foundation project.
The construction of the 270000 square meter super large capacity LNG tank foundation project for the Jiangsu LNG Phase I expansion project is the world's largest LNG tank. The project started on June 9th and ended on September 22nd, lasting for more than three months. During the construction process, the company leaders personally guided the work on site multiple times. Under the leadership of Comrade Wang Haigang as the project manager, the project department meticulously organized and constructed to strive for perfection and first-class as the starting point, All personnel involved in the construction work together, with their respective roles and responsibilities, and focus on joint management. In the face of particularly tight construction schedules, all management personnel overcome the pressure of high construction difficulty, high requirements, and tight schedules, coordinate the overall situation, strengthen personnel control, increase construction equipment, and reverse the construction period, especially due to the adverse factors of typhoon "fireworks", frequent rainy seasons, and poor construction sites, Starting from the aspects of "personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment", a series of reasonable and reliable measures have been taken to work overtime and complete a total of 812 piles in advance, with a single pile length of 74.71 meters and a total effective pile length of 60664.52 meters.
During the construction process of this project, there were many difficulties. However, with the leadership and support of the construction unit, supervision unit, and EPC general contracting unit, the company adhered to the spirit of "handling urgent matters in place", "seeking solutions for difficult matters", "rushing ahead with dangerous matters", and "willing to endure hardships", and ultimately completed the project on schedule with high quality and high standards, contributing to the construction of CNOOC LNG.
The completion of the above-mentioned key projects is the greatest affirmation and reward for our Zhejiang Yiren's diligent efforts in overcoming the epidemic and seizing production for over three months, marking a successful end to this extremely extraordinary period.
